1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website (“Site”) and/or purchasing any Lifetraces product, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this Site.
This website is operated from Mexico.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials displayed on this Site—including but not limited to product designs, structures, mechanics, texts, artwork, graphics, concepts, names, logos, visual identity, and downloadable content—are the exclusive property of Lifetraces and are protected under applicable Mexican and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, copied, transmitted, published, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from Lifetraces.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
3. Products & Intended Use
Lifetraces products are creative tools designed for personal exploration and structured engagement.
They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic services and do not replace professional advice.
Use of any Lifetraces product is voluntary and at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All purchases are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

Lifetraces reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Unauthorized payment
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Violation of these Terms
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
5. Kickstarter Campaigns
If a product was purchased through Kickstarter:
- Delivery timelines are estimates.
- Production and fulfillment may be subject to manufacturing variables.
- Backers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with crowdfunding platforms.
Kickstarter transactions are also subject to Kickstarter’s own terms and policies.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Lifetraces is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance processes
- International import regulations
- Force majeure events
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited-edition and creative nature of Lifetraces products, all sales are considered final unless:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include photographic documentation.
If approved, Lifetraces may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (at Lifetraces’ discretion)
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed defective.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Lifetraces shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

- Use or inability to use products
- Interpretation or application of product content
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
