HOW TO PLAY WITH YOUR LIFETRACES - SPIRA?
Lifetraces – Spira is not a self-help guide, but an analog 3-step ritual for taking conscious pauses and registering your coherence.
Step 1: Spin the Spiral.
The Spira selects one of the three Aspects of Life (Inner, Outer, etc.) and reveals a number. Choose your intention and trust in conscious chance.
Step 2: Trace the Node.
The number corresponds to a deep Card-Question within that Aspect. Each question is a node that illuminates on your Vidagram.
Step 3: Inhabit the Answer.
Answer in your notebook, without rush. If the question no longer serves you, save it in the drawer of questions that have been transformed. Playing is transforming, not collecting answers.

Spira – Lifetraces was primarily designed for solitary play and personal introspection, ideal for your pause routine. However, many people use it as a deep conversation facilitator with a partner, family, or close friends.
"HOW DO I KNOW IF A QUESTION HAS BEEN ""OVERCOME""?"
This game is not in a hurry. If one day you feel that a question no longer serves you because its consciousness has already transformed into a habit or action, you can save that card. The back drawer of the board is the resting place for questions you no longer need to repeat.
IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INTROSPECTION OR MEDITATION?
Absolutely not. The only requirement is curiosity and the willingness to take a pause. The system (the spinner, the cards, the Aspects) is designed to guide you playfully, without esoteric jargon or complex concepts.
